Ordering & pickup terms
How online ordering works at our kitchen.
Placing an order
An account is required to place an online order. Review your items, weights, contact details, pickup slot, and total before submitting. Availability and prices are checked when the order is created.
Pickup
Website orders are for counter pickup. Choose from the slots offered at checkout and follow the instructions shown in your confirmation. Contact the kitchen if your pickup plans change.
Payment
Follow the payment instructions shown for your order. Submitting a UPI reference does not by itself mean a payment is verified. The kitchen checks the transaction separately. If you choose an available advance option, the remaining balance is shown at checkout.
Changes, cancellations, and payment issues
Contact the kitchen with your order number to discuss changes, cancellations, or refunds. The team will review your order and payment status and explain the available options.
